Handrolled silk vintage PIERRE BALMAIN PARIS scarf This is a scarf of rare beauty in gorgeous shades of pink, purple, grey & green with black highlights. With all over painterly design & 5 impressionistic style ladies emerging in frothy green skirts. Lovely signature in black script & pink edging. A really wonderful scarf to wear or frame. Balmain at his very best Condition: the colours are strong & the central design is in very good condition. The cream border has some vintage issues with one or two faint old marks & several areas which have old pale pink colour bleed from the central design. I have shown the largest of these in photo 2 (near signature) & in photo 4. There are in total 7 places affected. There is about a centimeter of edging needing a stitch. Dimensions: 77/77cm I will happily combine postage, it will depend on weight. Insured postage will be £2.50 extra
