Vintage Persian Wool 6x8’ Hand Woven Medallion Red Wool Rug–Iran (Iranian) Label This vintage Persian rug was hand-woven / knotted in Iran (see label) and has a very vibrant red background for the central medallion design. The rug measures 6 feet by 8 feet and is thick and heavy. It appears to have a natural cotton warp and weft and about 64 knots per inch. There is a small area of spotting, see photos, which should probably clean well (we have not tried but spot is not dark or thick).
