Vintage Tin Treasure Chest Coin Bank. Beautiful red marbleized tin features ornate styling with domed lid and paw feet. Has metallic gold latch and handle, with gold beading and scrolling. Has coin slot at top center. Each end features a raised gold disc image of a Roman Warrior with turquoise background. Includes tiny lock and key to protect your treasure. In good condition with minor wear--very clean inside. Measures 3 1/2" tall x 6 1/2" long and 4 1/2" deep. Marked on the bottom "Blue Bird Confectionery, Harry Vincent Limited, Hunnington, Worcestershire England" and probably originally held tea biscuits.
