This is a beautiful vintage Japanese Oriental vase. It has some gold gilding, Moriage and is painted. It has 3 dimensional carved back figures. It has some Oriental characters on the bottom and is also marked made in Japan (which means it would be after 1892). It is a good size measuring 12.5" tall x 7.5" wide. There is a small 1/2" hairline on the top and it does not go any further just 1/2". The vase is solid and would present flowers in a beautiful fashion.
