This is a vintage, mid-century hanging lamp. The amber glass globe is 11" long, but with the black metal attachment on top, the total length of it would be 15". The shape is an upside down bee hive; 9" down to 6". There is a 3" round metal insert that has geometric cutouts inside the globe. The bulb fits inside of it. There is a pull chain to turn it off/on. The black chain link and cord is 13' long. Old style cord, which is in good condition yet.OK, now for the damage....on side bottom. I didn't notice it until I was taking a picture from bottom up. See photos 3, 4 & 6. The crack is not all the way through the glass, only felt 2 places (barely) where it was cracked. I couldn't see the damage standing in front of it, so it is not real noticable. If you are really wanting one of these lamps, and don't want to pay top dollar, now is your chance!I prefer shipping USPS Priority Mail, because it will get to you in 2 to 3 days. I can ship brown truck UPS if you prefer. It takes longer, which is more chance of package damage. It is some cheaper. If that is what you prefer, let me know. The item is heavy. around 6 1/2 lbs.My feedback on shipping/packaging is very good. I will do my very best to make sure it gets to you safely!
