This VERY cool vintage Mexican Folk Art tin mirror measures 16" in diameter the mirror itself is 10 1/2" in diameter. The 3 dimensional design is excellent with a mixture of a gold colored metal and the silver oxidized tin as the frame. Surrounding the mirror is a raised up and down toothlike pattern with diamond shaped cutouts in the center. A lot of work went into this piece. The cardboard backing on the inside was cut out from a Semolina Pasta carton with Inguaran 5840 Mexico address. T is a hook on the back for hanging. Some of the decorative arches surrounding the frame have "detached"and would require some soldering to hold firm. I would solder them but I don't have a soldering gun!
