This is a vintage chrome wall dispenser that is marked Kreamer Ware. It has 4 sections marked SARAN, FOIL WRAP, WAX PAPER and PAPER TOWELS. It measures 12 1/4" wide x 11 1/2" high x 4 3/4" deep. It has some light surface rust on the inside and lines down the front from the serated edges but when you touch it you can't feel them so they may buff out. No dents that I can see. Otherwise it is a nice retro item.
