Oh you wicked grained vintage Super Grain Dublins you. What head turning bird-eyed monsters of a pipe you are. Up for sale from my private collection are two of my Kaywoodie Super Grain Dublins for the price of one pipe. One is a Large Dublin long shank 45C and one is a Extra Large Dublin 5113. Both are excellent smokers. The birds eye grain on both are incredible see the pics. The 45C has a 4 hole stinger. The Extra large 5113 Dublin has had its stinger clipped which is a shame because you can still see the beginning of the words, Drinkless and the pat number. The markings of the extra large Dublin are worn smooth and barely visible. Also on the extra large Dublin is the beginning of what looks like a burn out, but I have owned the pipe for at least 3 years and have never had a problem and the spots have never grown or moved. For this flaw I'm offering this pipe with the other one for the great price of one pipe. The large 45C condition is immaculate top to bottom. I've always been fond of the Dublin shape and both of these large bowls can hold anything you throw at them. Because of the pipes being used you can expect all the small chatter or a used condition. There is plenty of life in both of these pipes and the smaller of the two is in immaculate condition. You get two excellent grained vintage Kaywoodies for the price of one!I read more
