This was a beauty in its heyday! Vintage handmade pieced patchwork fan quilt - this is a fixer :) or a cutter :(Approximately 74" x 63.5" - Displayed on full bedHandmade pieced top and muslin backing. Hand quilted.Good overall vintage condition -- yellow polka dot fabric on border and fans is in excellent condition and the fans are intact (except the one by the hole). Wonderful vintage fabrics--good color and diverse patterns. Great scalloped edges. The quilting is exceptional. There is a hole that goes all the way through (see photo 11) and there are stains (see last 4 photos for examples), but most stains are just on the back--they don't go through to the quilt top. The binding is worn but not too raggedy (see photo 8). This is still a nice quilt -- happy colors and cheerful.This has not been laundered so it should brighten up with a quilt wash--then ready for use or display (once repairs are made or strategically folded)Please see photos for overall condition.
