This is a vintage W. H. Grindley large platter in the flow blue Melbourne pattern. It is in very nice condition with no chips or cracks. There is one line of crazing in the middle of the platter. It is 16" long and 11-" wide. It is a beautiful platter with beads around the rim and raised white scroll work. This is circa 1891 and has the old Globe and Banner stamp and is marked Melbourne W. G. Grindley.or cracks but there is crazing. They are trimmed in gold and there is gold loss. They are 9" in diameter. The bottoms are marked John Maddock & Sons Royal Vitreous Hamilton. I am listing other pieces in this pattern and would be happy to combine shipping.
