This is a vintage Ginny Vogue doll tagged Lucy dress, underslip, bloomers, and hat. These pieces show normal wear. The elastic on the hat is brittle, not great. The dress has an intact hook and loop on the back side. The pinafore part in the front has darkened. The elastic on the bloomers and underslip feel okay..I keep a non pet, no smoking home, and am a speedy shipper! This will be carefully packaged for its trip to you.
