Vintage waffle maker made by General Electric, good cord, heats up nicely (see the picture of the heating coils - no dead spots that I see). The waffle maker plates can be removed to go in the dishwasher and have a nonstick coating. I am not sure how effective the coating is - I would still use a nonstick spray on the plates before cooking. There is a waffle side and a flat side which could be used for grilling burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, or various other food items. This waffle maker has been used, and has small wear scratches on the stainless steel surface typical of those seen with used kitchen items. Please note that the temperature adjustment knob and settings plate (sorry, I haven't the faintest idea what this thermostat thing is called) shows wear from scrubbing. I suppose a lot of batter dripped there and that's the cause of the wear. Therefore this isn't mint, but you already knew that. On the underside, where the GE logo and information is located, there is a brown piece of caked on food. It's going to take a little more scrubbing to get that fleck off. There is another fleck on the top half of the waffle maker, on the stainless steel clip that holds the top plate in place, right behind the temperature adjustment knob.There are reflections in the stainless steel of other things in the kitchen.
