Vintage Elsa Mfg Company White Lucite Two Tier Purse . This is a rare color as most are amber. The lucite is slightly discolored in spots as shown in pictures. The top cover is slightly warped which is unfortunately common with this material at this age. The hinges all work and the two tiers open and close no problem. It latches as well. I do not see any cracks or chips. The metal arms are tarnished and have some wear I tried my best to show everything in the pictures.
