I purchased this Vintage 19 inch Effanbee "Patsy-Ann" Doll at an Estate Auction, and I know little about dolls except what I read in books. She is made of all-composition, is jointed at the head, arms and legs, and has sleepy eyes. Her sleepy eyes work OK, but are crazed and yellowed some from age. She has "Effanbee, Patsy-Ann and the Pat. No." marked on her back, and has the brass "Effanbee Adorable Doll" tab on her wrist. Checking my old Doll Values Doll Collecting Book, 12th c.1996 ed. I found that she was made c. 1930's. Her dress is original and has the "Effanbee" tab on it, but this dress is very flimsy and has holes in it from age. Her socks and shoes probably are also original. She needs a good cleaning, and a bit of TLC, but overall she's in very good condition otherwise. I combine all shipping.Buyer pays shipping.
