This vintage ring is 14k rose gold with delicate filigree design. Two hearts in center of oval setting have diamond and ruby which are approx. .07 ct The band is very thin on back. Purchased from an estate jeweler, I believe this to be a very old ring but no background is available.I’m selling lots of high quality jewelry, clothing, shoes and accessories so please keep an eye out for other new or like-new items either currently listed or soon to be listed.
