This is a small vintage alcohol torch and striker. There is not a makers mark on it. The body of the torch is 4 3/8 inches tall. The other cylinder is 5 inches tall. Both are 7/8 inches in diameter. The longer cylinder has a screw on cap on each end. As you can see in the photos the top cap has a crack in it. It is a great looking vintage tool. I am not sure if it is in working order or it's history since it was a estate sale buy. The striker is 7 7/8 inches long. This torch would make a great display piece.
