This is a vintage Campagnolo Nuovo Record 5 or 6-Speed Rear Hub Quick Release Skewer. It is the earlier flat flip lever model. The chrome has a bad spot on the flip lever end which you can see in the photos. i used this with a hub that measured 127 mm from lock nut to lock nut and had a 6-speed freewheel. It will also work on a 5-speed that has a 120 mm from lock nut to lock nut measurement.
