Estate found. Vintage Blown Solid Cobalt Blue Glass Fluted Kerosene Oil Lamp Shade, Ground Edge Fitter Neck, Mint, Never Used. Measures approx 8" overall height; Fitter measures 4" across; measures about 7" across widest point of curled top flutes and same diameter of the rounded "body." Fitter base is ground. Appear to be blown glass and hand fluted -- no mold marks. Some tiny air bubbles and thin "swirls" in the deep blue cobalt glass. A bit dusty as found, but will wash up and shine, if desired. These appear to be old product; cannot find a listing track record for them. Appear to have never been used; mint condition (except for the dust).NOTE: Shade is much, MUCH DARKER, RICHER, DEEPER COBALT BLUE than our sorry photos show (either our camera isn't functioning right or the dust on the shades give a lighter effect to the photos).
