These are matching original (not replica) glass art deco slip shades for an electric light fixture. They were manufactured between approximately 1910 - 1930s. I believe they are for a Lincoln light fixture. With slip shade fixtures from this period, only one shade type fits with the pattern/series. That means if you have an original fixture from this period with a different slip shade style/design (not just different shade color or finish), these typically would not fit. I have read that many of the original molds for shades from this period were melted during the war. The shades are in gently used vintage condition with minor blemishes. They have small chipping off of the inside edge where they slide into the fixture. The chips would not affect the flunctioning or the way it fit the fixture and it would not be visible when the shade is in the fixture. Because of the location of the chips, they may have occurred during manufacturing. Neither has large cracks or repairs. Please refer to the photos for more detailed information. I tried to get a few angles. The photos were taken in natural daylight to give a better idea of the shade color. Please feel free to ask questions. The last two photos showing individual shades are each photos of one of the shades - not two photos of the same shade. Each measures approximately: 7" long read more
