The second one with the closeup of the star shows the spot of stain. the third one shows the stamp from the company. It is a regimental flag made from 1938-1948. It was made to be flown on a naval vessel. The fourth picture shows it in the oak display case. The case alone is worth at least 35 dollars. the name of the flag company is valley forge flag company made in USA. Flag is canvas with no repairs or modern thread work of any kind. Fibers were even checked under a UV light with no fluorescence, which would indicate thread AFTER WWII.
