This is a vintage Men's Clothing Store Easel Back Counter Display for "Alligator All Weather Coats". Measures approx. 6 1/2" x 10 1/2". Made of molded plastic with a double easel back. Easels appears to unused/unfolded. Overall wear (some areas of paint loss along with numerous scuffs and marks, waer in the corners and around the edges, a couple of red colored marker marks near the lower left corner, etc.).
