this is a vintage reversing ratchet made by Will B Lane Co. of Chicago IL. patent date Jan. 14 1908. very unique. move the wire from side to side to reverse the ratchet. it is a 1/2 in drive with hexagon head. works well. has serfuse rust and scratches appreciate for age. it is 8" long. comes with 6 sockets no name on them so I can't say if they come as a set but they do have the hex head to fit this ratchet look at all photos they are most of my discripion and email with any questions
