The tray is 5 1/2" round. The teapot and creamer are about 1 1/2" tall with the lid the teapot is 2 1/4". The sugar bowl is 1" and with the lid 1 7/8". The cups are 7/8" and the saucers 1 1/2". It is an adorable tea set. It would make a great addition to anyone who collects mini tea sets or to a young girl for her playhouse. Box 144
