This is a very pretty Victorian sterling silver circular photo frame, of rare early date and rare condition. Fully hallmarked with the wheatsheaf for the assay town of CHESTER, the lion passant for the sterling standard guarantee, and the date letter 'P' for the year 1898. Maker's mark: Kg & Sns for King & Sons. This gorgeous photo frame is in truly excellent condition without dents or splits, and boasts its original red leather back and easel stand also in nice complete condition.
