What a beautiful lithograph! Titled "The Pet's Toilet". I believe the artist is C. Arnold, if I am reading it correctly. This adorable sweet Victorian child playing dress up and using her toiletries on her St Bernard! The precious dog sits patiently waiting for her to tie the sash on her hat. Measures 10 3/8" x 12 1/2" framed. It was framed by a shop. Personally I don't think the frame does the artwork justice.
