VICTORIAN HAND BEADED 1800"s ROUND FOOTSTOOL. Stunning Round needle point footstool with small glass beads. Has been well thought out for this design of three lilies with open flowers and two buds. Done on a dark green tapestry material with Mustard yellow mixed with greens for the leaves. Hand Made by a person with talent as is beautifully laid out and made.See photo #5 to see the very small area that has missing beads. Wooden base of inlaid wood is two Inches deep with small areas (30 of scrapes largest is 5/8". thee round feet tightly attached. Measures 11" across 4" high Nice high rounded top. round wooden rim has inlay . Three feet on bottom. Nice size and was used in elegant homes by the ladies of the house in living rooms or there bedrooms. Very Feminine!I suspect that this piece was not used very often. Please email with any questions.
