A small pair of cut steel scissors beautifully decorated with what looks like steel pins. I am sure they are at least Victorian but could be earlier. Condition. Very good with no damage. If you look at the center decoration there are 3 small holes. It could be that some steel pins were originally in these holes but on close inspection there is no sign of anything ever being in them. Approx Size. Length 3.5 inches. Max width across handles between 1.25 and 1.5 inches. A really lovely pair of scissors. Check out my other items !
