For sale is rare clam shell shape antique oyster plate made by the Union Porcelain Works around 1881. It is about 8.5 inches by 6.39 inches and 0.8 inches tall with four oyster/clam shells and one scallop shell for sauce. Has blue sea weed and other small shells. It is in excellent shape with no cracks or chips. It is marked as shown on the underside with the U.P.W. over the eagle's head in black with PAT. JAN.4-1881 over it. See photos
