These are a fine and true pair of Japanese meji period bird vases, from around 1880/1900s They stand 10ins high, were hand decorated, and signed. They are free of cracks, hairlines, and as far as I can see, restoration. There is some age crazing, but you really need a glass to see it. Also a tiny amount of glazing is missing from one neck, about 0.5 inch.. The decoration is still bright and vibrant. PLEASE NOTE. I am not expert on oriental ceramics, so please satisfy yourself if bidding. Thanks for looking.
