Due to this, we have to fold cutouts. Usually 2 folds for items that are 5ft to 6ft tall. If the item is closer to 7ft tall, there will be 3 folds. This is a common practice for any cardboard cutout you buy anywhere. It needs to be folded to save on shipping. Shipping a folded item generally can cost between $8 to $16 using USPS. If we were to try and ship unfolded, USPS would not even allow a size that big, and if we use Fedex, the cost can range from $80-200 due to the shipping size alone.
