Texas 1936 Centennial Exposition Bluebonnet Porcelain Trinket / Jewelry Box. Handpainted. Please see all pictures as part of description. This lovely round trinket / jewelry container with lid measures approximately 3 3/4" diameter and 2 1/2" tall. The lid is marked in blue "THE TEXAS CENTENNIAL OF 1936" and "THE STATE OF TEXAS" with encircled star.The lid has four clusters of bluebonnets. The container has a large bluebonnet cluster and 3 small bluebonnet clusters. The colors are sharp. The lid and container have a nice scallop and dot pattern. This lovely piece is in good condition with no chips, no cracks, no crazing. It is stamped on bottom "Handpainted TRICO Nagoya- Japan". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
