This is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Original Animation Art featuring “Ra ph ael, Michelangelo and Donatello" that is NIP. This is dated 1991 on the back of the header card and comes with a “Certificate of Authenticity” on the back of the package. This is an “Original handpainted animation cel from the hit TV. Series” as stated on the back of the header. It also says that it is an “actual production cel” and “A one of a kind creation”. This has a sticker on the front that says “Original Production Animation Art MWS Inc.” as well as the date of production. The package cello has some dings and scratches but this doesn't look like it did any damage to the actual cell. Just the cello packaging. There is an old Toys R Us sticker on the back of the cello front bottom and also a discounted sticker on the front header, as seen in the picture. The colors are bright and shows no fading. The header is nice and fairly straight still. Overall a very nice cel that would make a wonderful addition to your New Or Vintage TMNT Collection!! This is SOLD AS-IS.
