1.25" with Brunt back paper. Depicted is a celebrating woman with pom-poms on her shoes, tights, a clown-like puffy, spotted dress and conical, rosette accent hat. In her left hand she holds small conical noise-maker and from her right she disperses a long shower of tiny red and blue confetti. The establishment advertised itself as "A high class family cafe". One of the few buttons designed for a New Year's celebration. NM. One known. Rare.
