The shutter features a lower panel with a stationary louvered upper section. The shutters are painted black and hinge hardware is attached.History: This shutter was salvaged from an 1880's farmhouse in Parkville, Maryland. The house was owned by Loch Raven Presbyterian Church and was used as a place for the church youth group to gather.
