Pattern : Thompson's Restaurant Founded in Chicago, Illinois by John R. Thompson in 1893 expanded to 104 lunchrooms by 1920s but closed in mid 1950s. Description/Measurements : Wonderful vintage white granite or ironstone plate measures 8 1/8" across. Front black border floral design with the Thompson's logo. Manufacturer mark on back reads O.P.Co. Syracuse China 5-K. Condition : No chips or cracks. Wear is some very mild scratches inside plate only noticable in bright light. Please use zoom to get a better look at this nice piece. We are not always home at auction close so please email questions early.
