Includes Shipping and Double Boxing Protection.The Hanger - Doc's Airpark Restaurant Walk-In, Drive-In, Fly-In, See Pictures of the original menu, look at those prices... Doc was a Dentist and Pilot In WWII. After the war he was an early adopter of the GI bill and opened a flying school 3 miles West Quincy, IL One thing led to another and Doc opened the restaurant somewhere around 1947. This was the restaurant design until it's demise... I purchased a lot (cups, saucers, platters) of Restaurant wear from the family who owned this airport restaurant after the Doc died until it burned down in 1970. (1963-1970)Billed when created as the world's safest plane, the Ercoupe is a low-wing monoplane, first manufactured by Engineering and Research Corporation before World War II and several other manufacturers after the end of the war. It continues to be a popular plane, with ercoupe clubs all over the country.This beautiful airbrushed Saucer was produced by Syracuse China and is in very good condition. It has a few use marks and its glaze is mostly bright and shiny. Unlike most vintage restaurant ware, its foot on the back is also good and white.
