An excellent and very skillfully made WW1 German Trench Art oil lamp complete with fluted glass funnel / shade, solid brass and heavy steel construction measures 13 1/2" high to top of glass with German Military Crown on stem and "GOT MIT UNS" badge on the base, the brass wick assembly unscrews to reveal the inside of the empty shell granade ( Empty and Totally Inert) this is used as the fuel tank, not tested just used as a display item for many years and kept in very good clean condition no damage, the only slight fault I can see is a small area on the brass shade fitting (photo 5) however this has no effect the glass still fits tightly, a very unique piece of WW1 German trench art Sold with No Reserve.
