Sterling Silver Fusee Pocket Watch, complete with a superb Sterling Silver Display Case, The timepiece is in an excellent working condition, The Display Case also in a lovely cosmetic condition for age and displays wonderfully, The Timepiece carries Full Set English Hallmarks for London 1875, Case makers mark of M.F, serial number 6442,Silver Case is in a nice cosmetic condition, couple little dints to rear cover,, nothing that distracts, and is consistent with age & usage, i mention these for 100% accuracy of description, all hinges working as they should, case free of any inscriptions, The Timepiece has a lovely clean enamel dial, protected by original bevelled glass, painted roman numerals, gold coloured hands, sub dial at 6 position, Fusee Movement protected by inner dust cover, is in an Excellent working condition, responding at slightest of turns with original key, keeping excellent time, Movement signed what looks like " M & L Wherly ,Sunderland " , movement numbered 6442, same as silver case so all original, watch measures 49.95mm across, in all a nice early timepiece in a superb working condition, The Timepiece is Housed in a Lovely Sterling Silver Mounted Case, which has superb embossed decoration of ribbon & Bugles, the case is in a superb condition, silver free from any damage , it displays superbly well, inner lined read more
