This Steiff Nagy Beaver is one of the older, mid-sized beaver stuffed animals made of mohair. Nagy stands around 6 1/2 inches high. It has its button-in-ear with the flag EAN4317,00, as well as its round paper name tag with Steiff's bear face emblem. Nagy's head swivels. It is very clean and comes from a smoke free home and adult collection. Nagy beaver was made in Germany in 1959 - 1964 A fine example of Steiff's quality construction and craftsmanship! I'm a longtime Steiff collector and just love the beauty of these handcrafted stuffed animals. I'm parting with a significant number of my collection (have simply run out of space for them all!) and will be posting many of them on eBay.
