8.5x12.5" heavy smooth hot press watercolor paper w/Jeffrey Moore and Prentiss Rollins' line art transferred to this stat, which was then hand-painted by Milestone colorist Noelle Giddings, utilizing mixed media. This original color art was then used to produce the actual comic book cover. Static #36 was published by DC Comics under their Milestone imprint June 1996. Cover shows Static being held up as an action figure. Title and artist names written on back of artboard over line art stat for unnamed panel.
