Nice run of books up today so be sure to check my other auctions.Single owner collection and the first time to market.Owner worked at a magazine shop/newstand in the 70s and would purchase extra copies of all the Marvel/DC books and put them away unread. His eventual plan was to open a comic shop but instead the sat in boxes in a dry closet for 40+ yearsCONDITION: UnreadIt's almost impossible to say what these would CGC at any longer as their quality control has been pretty poor of late. I'd guess these would be VF+ 8.5 at the very least but most likely much higher. As a dealer for over 30 years I'd rate these all 9.2 or 9.4 (NM- to NM) but again CGC is basically a crap shoot these days.All comics sent bagged and boarded with very secure packaging30 years of experience selling comics so no headaches hereNO problem to combine and save on shipping, either wait for my invoice or "request total" whenever you're through bidding
