You can use it as one long ladder or two separate ladders. It is made of quality pvc blended plastic rungs and top quality webbing for the side rails. The rungs are adjustable so its perfect for athletes of all ages. This ladder can be used indoors or outdoors. Having a ladder with two or more colors allows you to train more effectively, example: Instruct the athlete to quickly adjust their footing to a different speed drill as they go into a different color. The athlete should not slow down when switching to the new drill. Visual cue training mimics what the athlete has to do on the field (react quickly to what they see). This particular color technique can be used with all ladder drills. It combines visual reaction training with speed/agility training.
