I went to an estate sale and found a bunch of stuff packed away in boxes in the basement, none of it organized. As I was going through them, I came upon a few beautiful head vases packed with other miscellaneous kitchen stuff. I don't think they realized how fragile these ladies are, and this one unfortunately has lost her left earring and half of her other pearl earring. This vase is 4 and 1/2 inches tall. She has her original foil sticker marked "National Potteries Co. CLEVELAND. O. MADE IN JAPAN" with NAPCOWARE C6427 stamped on her underside. She's wearing a light pastel green dress with 3 daisies on her collar. Her left hand is poised to frame her face and is sporting a dark green glove. She looks like Audrey Hepburn. She has a very sophisticated look with light brown hair styled in a short bob with the ends flipped up. Her eyes are closed and she has very long lashes. She wears a deep shade of red lipstick and has blush on her cheekbones. She would make a wonderful addition to your collection.
