Not quite sure of age of this very old cotton snowman. Guessing 1940s. Made in Japan. He is made of a cotton-like material. Shows alot of wear but didn't want to just pitch him. Cardboard top hat has loose brim & missing crown. Eyes, mouth and buttons appear to be drawn on. Nose is a red "bead". Scarf is pipe cleaner. He is holding broom.
