Many of my items need a huge amount of packaging (ie bubble wrap, polystyrene and boxes) that unfortunately I cannot obtain for free so I have to include this (although I do try and be as GREEN as possible and will recycle packaging where I can). I always package as securely as possible because alas the Royal Mail does not always handle items as carefully as perhaps we could like!
