A small collection of British and foreign coins as taken from circulation, including about ten shillings face value of very worn pre-1947 silver with an Indian quarter rupee 1944, some late pre-decimal British coins, a penny 1855 about fine, an Australia penny 1911, about 20 farthings mostly 20th Century but including 1735 and 1825, Jersey pennies (1/13 and 1/12 shillings) 1866 and 1888, a few very worn George II and George III halfpennies, a Conder token halfpenny 1794 of the Birmingham Coining and Copper Company about fair, a “Cumberland Jack†Hanover token 1837, 10 British cupronickel crowns including 4 x 1960, and two old-style British £2 coins 1986.
