Up for consideration is this beautiful Vintage 1949 Singer featherweight 221-1 model Sewing Machine, The Singer Featherweight is very light and portable and can be easily carried around to sewing classes or workshops. The Singer Featherweight Sewing Machine is a straight-stitch sewing machine for effortless stitching even by first-time users. Despite being a vintage sewing machine, the parts and accessories are easily available in the market. Hence, maintaining a Singer Featherweight Sewing Machine is not too much of a hassle. The Singer Featherweight Sewing Machine is also very durable making it a perfect gift for generations The machine runs but could probably use some normal maintanence as I am not sure how long it has been sitting. I picked up this stunning machine at an estate sale here in Enfield. Comes with accessories shown. T he case includes 1 key. The machine has a serial number of AJ 118378 and was manufactured in 1949 according to the Singer website. The machine comes with its original case and attachments. Please see pictures to get a better feel for condition and all parts included.
