Shorter & Son fish set, designed by Clarice Cliff. This set has 6 plates, 1 large serving dish, a tureen and a sauce boat. Various items have imperfections - i have shown . some of these in the photos. There is a chip on the nose of the sauce boat and two fine cracks on the lid of the tureen and one on his fin. There is a fine crack on one of the fish plates and a chip from his fin on the underside. A couple of other plates have chips on the underside. The serving dish seems pretty good, I think. I don't know much about pottery - bought this at an auction, (my boyfriend doesn't like it) so there might be other things I've missed and have learned whilst writing this listing! - Like spots of missing glaze and such like. Collection welcome - we live in MatlockHave a look at my other listings - selling house and am getting rid of stuff.
