THE CLOCK HAS BEEN RESTORED WONDERFULLY. THE CASE IS PERFECTLY SOUND AND TIGHT WITH NO LOOSE JOINTS. THE BACK PANEL HAS NO SPLITS AS SEEN ON MANY OGEE CLOCKS. THE CASE RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL FINISH WITH BEAUTIFUL CRAZING THROUGH OUT THE FINISH. HARDLY A BLEMISH TO BE FOUND. T WERE JUST A COUPLE OF CHIPS IN THE VENEER. THE DIAL HAS BEEN RE-PAINTED BY YOURS TRULY!! THE PAINTED GLASS IS ORIGINAL AND FEATURES A YOUNG LAD AND HIS DOG, CRAFTED IN GOLD. THE LABEL IS EXCELLENT. AS MUCH AS I CAN DETERMINE, ALL HARDWARE AND ATTACHMENTS ARE ORIGINAL. THE CLOCK RUNS AND STRIKES GREAT. CRANK KEY IS INCLUDED. THE ONLY PIECES I REPLACED WERE THE DUST COVERS OVER THE PULLEYS. FOLKS, THIS IS HOW AN OGEE SHOULD LOOK ONCE RESTORED. NOTHING LESS IS ACCEPTABLE. IF YOU HAVE A DIAL THAT IS INCORRECT OR BADLY FLAKING, PLEASE CONTACT ME. THESE STORE BOUGHT DIALS WILL NOT DO YOUR CLOCK JUSTICE. THEY ONLY DE-VALUE YOUR CLOCK. RESTORE YOUR CLOCK THE ONLY WAY........THE RIGHT WAY!!
