This is a nice ships bell clock marked on the metal dial, Seth Thomas German Movt. The dial has the military time around the inner portion. When I fist got home with the clock it rung on the half hour and hour but since it has quit. I can her it try and activate when the minute hand is manually moved. I am sure it just needs an adjustment. The mainsprings are okay. The clock runs and keeps great time. It measures 5 5/16 across the screw off front. It measures more across the wheel spokes. The back is marked, Seth Thomas Div. of General Times Corp. Thomaston Conn. USA. T is a label with Cat: 1008 Name: Helmsman-W Model: E537-001 Seth Thomas.
